F. How to charge for Knowledge

Goal for participants: Create awareness of alternative pricing strategies. 1 hr.

G. Business simulations. How to Manage a Knowledge Organisation

1. Business simulation via the web or in a Local Area Network, Tango - the electronic version, developed together with Celemi. Takes one full day to get full benefit. H. The Sveiby Toolkit. How to "sell" KM
