The Collaborative Climate is an instrument to establish how the effectiveness of knowledge work, in particular value creation, is influenced by collaborative climate. The CCS is an international research project on Collaborative Climate and Effectiveness of Knowledge Work between Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki, Finland and Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia.
